The Architectural Concept of Complex A

Complex A is the first phase of Tel Aviv’s new residential quarter. The celebrated Yashar Architects firm is responsible for the design of Complex A, as well as the overall design of the entire quarter.

Complex A comprises a 28-story tower and a low-rise 6-story perimeter-block building. Each part of the complex has a separate entrance, accessed via a green inner courtyard facing tranquil Dafna Street. On the ground floor, facing Namir Road, a commercial area for residents’ benefit is conveniently separated from the residential area.

The true Tel Aviv is, naturally, expressed in the architectural concept. Complex A stands out due to its white color and clean, geometric design, evoking the architecture of Tel Aviv’s emblematic White City. The design also includes darker cladding and mobile shade elements on the balconies, which contribute to this captivating, dynamic facade.

Yashar Architects is one of Israel’s most acclaimed architectural firms and its portfolio includes many of the country’s most iconic buildings: Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Dizengoff Center, and Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Arts Building. For more than 65 years, the firm has championed a culture of innovation and design creativity, while becoming a pioneer in the design of skyscrapers, mixed-use projects, and urban planning.
